We'll look at anger from a holistic point of view, including ideas from traditional Chinese medicine, to help you handle anger in a balanced way.

Anger's Message

Think of anger like a messenger telling you something is not quite right. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that emotions are connected to our body's health and energy. According to this ancient wisdom, anger is linked to blockages or problems in the liver and gallbladder meridians, which are like energy pathways.
