Years ago, I left Brazil with only 100 dollars in my pocket.
I had no guarantees. Only faith and a heart full of trust in God.
In Florida, I found kindness and beauty — families who welcomed me, held me, and helped prepare me for the next chapter of my journey in Europe.
It was there that life tested me deeply.
In Europe, I experienced traumatic events that left quiet scars — not only in my body, but in my Soul.
Still, my trust in God and in the intelligence of the Universe carried me forward, guiding me to build a successful career in clinical research.
From the outside, everything looked stable.
Inside, I was exhausted.
Burned out.
Disconnected.
Trying to be strong all the time.
My body began to speak.
My soul began to scream.
And that scream led me to my awakening...a hard one...with depression, panick attacks.
Slowly, I began reconnecting with myself, my sensitivity, my ability to heal and feel energy.
I started remembering who I was before fear.
I began visualizing a different life.
I would close my eyes and see myself living by the ocean.
I would see a loving partner walking beside me.
I would feel safety in my body.
Today, I live in Portugal, by the ocean I once imagined.
I am married to Fernando — the man I visualized before I even met him.
We have been together for almost 15 years and we are building the home we dreamed of...surrounded by nature.
None of this happened overnight.
It happened step by step.
And that is why I created this path.
Not something complicated.
