Before listening, I invite you to:
• Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed
• Sit or lie down comfortably
• Drink a glass of water
• Set a gentle intention, such as:
“I allow my intuition to open in a safe and aligned way.”
You may listen with eyes closed, allowing the sounds to move through your field.
How Often Should You Listen?
For deep activation, I recommend:
• 3 times within the first 7 days
• Then once per week for integration
If you feel called, you may listen daily for 21 days to anchor the codes more deeply.
Always trust your body.
If you feel tired, emotional, or sensitive afterward, rest and drink water.
